Lets introduce ourselves!

Trades Connect 25 LTD was founded by myself, Christine & my husband Ryan in 2025

I worked in the healthcare sector for over a decade before i discovered the world of Trades through Ryan & his business, i found myself not only intrigued by the variety of works carried out but i also found myself desiring this career path as my own.

Fast forward a few years i had fully immersed myself into the trades life full of variety, fresh ideas & not a problem that could’nt be solved with a bit of head scratching on occasion, safe to say i fell in love with the role. If i am honest it can be a little bit harder being a woman in the field of men but i will tell a few tales next time & i am sure it wont dissapoint.

Ryan started in a different but kind of similar way to myself in the sense he had outside influence on his career path choice, he started on the trades path when he was fresh out of school at 16 years old, Ryan’s dad was in the trade for a long time and offered him a job role within his company.

going forward Ryan built a successful business and ran this independently for 15 years up until we moved south, that is when we became R&C and built up our own customer base together.

Okay so i can not name names, but one day we were both sat down after a hard day and a site that we was signed up to gave us a little ping to let us know a fresh job lead had been posted, however the kicker was the price wowzer it was a substantial amount for just one lead. We looked at each other & said what if we could to create our own site, that is were our idea formed into something wonderful a place for customers to post job leads freely & a place for all tradesmen to get unlimited job leads for a set fee, most importantly no hidden fees just a simple subscription service.

That is us a small family run business with the people in mind, we are here for all of our customers that will always remain at the core of what we do!
